Cloud Tea | Romanteac Bubble Tea is a bubble tea in Albany, New York. It is listed at 260 Osborne Rd, Albany, NY 12211, which places it among the local businesses of Albany that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by. Besides its main category, the business also describes itself as dessert shop, so it may cover more than the name suggests.
Bubble tea, tea houses, Asian bakeries and dessert shops in this group are usually walk-in, counter-order businesses with a menu board overhead listing sweetness and ice levels you can adjust when ordering. Standard bubble tea customization includes sugar level (0-100%), ice level, and a choice of toppings like boba pearls, pudding or jelly, usually at a small extra charge. Asian bakeries sell items individually with tongs and a tray, cafeteria-style, rather than pre-boxed, and pastries are typically less sweet than Western bakery items. Lines build up quickly after school and in the evening, especially near colleges. Most of these businesses accept cards and mobile pay and skew younger in clientele and atmosphere.

Albany is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around Albany is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across New York's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

I canβt believe I just discovered this placeβ¦ what a gem! Apparently it was recently taken over by new owners, who changed the drink menu & recipes (dare I say, for the better?) I got the matcha with tiramisu cold foam, 70% sweet, and it was delicious! Not too sweet and the flavors were balanced. They use real milk too, not powder, so the richness really comes through I also got the traditional Chinese breakfast savory crepe, which I havenβt had in years. It was made fresh and just right! So much nostalgia. Iβll definitely be coming back to try their other drinks (the employee/owner said they recommend the matcha drinks). Iβm also curious about the other Chinese street food item Overall a great experience!

Been looking for a mango matcha drink in the Capital region after trying one in Brooklyn. Gave Romanteac a try and couldnβt have been happier! Their mango matcha was pretty dang close and I donβt have to make the trek down to the city. After reading their About page, I think theyβve nailed their goal.

Just stopped in for the first time and Iβm SO glad I found this boba spot! π§β¨ Iβm new to the Loudonville area and came across it on Google. What a gem! The place is absolutely beautiful and super Instagrammable πΈ. They have a huge variety: boba, Vietnamese coffee, Chinese street food, handmade NYC macarons, cheesecakes, and more π€€. The staff were incredibly friendly and patient while I figured out what to get (so many tempting options!). I tried the dirty boba and jasmine cheesecakeβboth were amazing π. Plus, they have a rewards program, which is a huge bonus. Itβs less than a mile from my house, so Iβll definitely be a regular lol. Plenty of dedicated parking too, which makes it even better π. Highly recommend checking this place out!

So. I had the pleasure of visiting this amazing cafe with my whole family. It was so aesthetically pleasing, refreshing and delicious I must talk about it. We ordered all kinds of things. I got the hokkaido matcha with banana cloud foam. My mom got the strawberry matcha, and my sister got the tiramisu matcha. All delicious, creamy, and tasty matchas that were made with care and patience. Some deserts we tried were the cheesecake and the macaroons. The macaroons were rich and creamy. I could tell they are preserved very well and were not dry! The star of the show was the mango sticky rice drink with purple rice. WOW. I have never tried it before but I was so pleasantly surprised. It is a unique taste was an interesting texture. It wasn't too sweet but super appetizing. I really enjoyed this shop and the customer service was 10/10. A bit pricey but SO worth it. I will be back :) PS This place is also kid friendly. I brought my 1 year old daughter and she was treated so kind.
